Terms of service

1. Agreement. These Terms apply to your use of furglide.shop and any order you place. The store is operated by FurGlide.shop. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies. You must be the age of majority in your province to order.

2. Products. We ship through third-party suppliers rather than holding stock ourselves. Product photos and descriptions come from those suppliers — we present them in good faith, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or finish can occur, and screens display colour differently. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices. All prices are in CAD. Taxes are added at checkout based on your shipping address. If a product is mispriced, we may cancel the order before shipping and refund you in full, even if your card was already charged.

4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale — our confirmation email only acknowledges we received it. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order if the item is unavailable, the price or description was wrong, payment can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we've charged you, we refund in full, and that refund is the limit of our liability for a cancelled order.

Orders go to our supplier quickly, so we usually can't change items or addresses after checkout. Email Jacksonbreit08@outlook.com right away and we'll try.

5. Shipping. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery typically 7–15 business days after that. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs, carriers, and peak seasons can add time. Orders with multiple items may arrive separately at no extra charge.

Shipments from outside Canada may attract import duties or carrier brokerage fees. These aren't included in what you pay us and are your responsibility. You're responsible for entering a correct shipping address. Risk passes to you on delivery.

If we don't deliver within 30 days of the date we gave you, you may cancel for a full refund where provincial law provides that right.

6. Returns. Our Refund Policy applies: 30 days from delivery, refund or replacement. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law.

7. Site use. Site content, photos, and the FurGlide name are ours or our licensors'. Don't copy, scrape, or republish them. Don't use the site unlawfully, order with false or unauthorized payment details, buy for resale without our consent, or abuse promo codes or returns. Promo codes carry whatever terms are stated when offered and may be withdrawn at any time; we may cancel orders where a code was misused. Reviews or photos you submit may be used in our marketing.

8. Liability. Subject to Section 9, the site and products are provided "as is," we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order won't exceed what you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.

9. Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms removes any right or remedy you have under Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection law that can't legally be excluded. Section 8 applies only so far as that law allows. If you're a consumer in Quebec, any limitation of liability or choice of forum here applies only to the extent Quebec law permits and doesn't stop you from bringing a claim in Quebec.

10. Privacy and email. We handle your information under our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe link, per CASL. Order and shipping notifications aren't marketing and continue while your order is in progress.

11. Changes and general. We may update these Terms by posting a new version — the version live when you ordered governs that order. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may assign these Terms; you may not.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, except where consumer protection law lets you file in your own province.
