30-day guarantee. If your FurGlide arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, email jacksonbreit08@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll refund you or send a replacement — and in most cases you won't need to ship anything back. Changed your mind? Get in touch within 30 days and we'll sort it out. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved. Real Canadian support, replies within one business day.
